Our Policy

When scheduling for any treatment, you will have a choice to pay a deposit or the full payment upon arrival.

 

*Payments and Deposits are Non-Refundable If you arrive 15 mins late to your appointment, it is automatically cancelled, and you will have to reschedule.

 

*All Sales and Services are Final No Refunds or Exchanges Our goal at Sculpt1 Studio is to provide a relaxing experience to all our clients. We stand behind our products and services and we look forward to hearing from you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 

24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment for that time and/or date, if you are no longer available. If you are unable to give us a 24-hour advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next schedule.

No-Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever the reason may be, will be considered a " No-Show" and will be charged for their "Missed" appointment.
